OVFL FALCON SOLID KICKER FOR TEAM WORLD
How could we forget Dillon Walmsley from the London Falcons who was the kicker for the World Team in their 35-29 win over Team USA. He was solid and was just short and right on a 53 yard field goal attempt late in the game.Watch game at YouTube!!

Two well deserving teams in the final. This should be one dandy game. The Ironmen rely on a more balance attack led by QB Alex Hill. The Thunder rely on their O-Line and their running attack led by Jayde(JAY-DEE) Rowe. Match ups are always crucial in the championship game. Some key matches include #1. Who is going to win in the trenches? Thunder O-Line would win straight up against a tough Ironmen DLine but with the combination of Bellardini, Richardson and other blitzing linebackers I call it even. #2. Ironmen Receivers vs Thunder Defensive Backs. Pizzuti and Shultz are going to need big games to make it close. The Thunder are athletic, fast and can knock alot of balls down. I give the edge to Thunder. #3. Thunder Receivers vs Ironmen Defensive Backs. Edge to Ironmen due to extensive schemes that will confuse the opponent’s QB. Plus there 2 cover corners Bourgeois and Rowan make it easier for the rest. #4 Special Teams edge to the Ironmen with their kicker. So it looks like the Ironmen would win with my analysis to date. How about destiny? The Thunder had some obstacles to overcome this year. First game forfeit, losing head coach last game among others. I am picking the Thunder against my better judgement because this is there year to win it all. Good luck both teams. Thunder by 6

It’s fantastic that the 2 best teams are in the final. The Warriors continue to advance their game in both offense and defense. Myers have been consistently good all season and continue their fine play in the playoffs. My concern, are the Riders battle tested? Yes they have played Cumberland twice and it was close both times but no other games have been close. How will they react when the game is close or when the other team is winning? Mississauga has the talent to pull off the win. I love the running of SN Elad, lower the boom! Their air attack is well balanced with QB Hobbs finding an array of talented receivers. QB Arruda will have success in this game passing the ball and the Myers will run effectively but the bend do not break Warriors will succeed and steal the victory from the favourites. I am taking the Warriors in an upset by 7

A quick reflection on the season. Starting back in April and May practicing through all the rain and unstable weather condition, to the heat of July. Fighting through injuries, and players vacations. The long nights on the practice field and driving 2 hours to watch an up and coming opponent. All that sacrifice and commitment comes down to this final game Myers, and Cambridge has performed great week in and week out! Unfortunately only one team will be crowned Champions. A close one between Myers and Metro with Myers holding on in the end. #7 Donnelly only had 10 completions on 29 attempts, not his best game even thu he had 2 TD passes. He also ran the ball for 60 yards. The offense had some help from their defense DB#39 Barker with a TD. For Myers to get by the high powered Lions #7 Donnelly must have a great game and prove to the Bantam OVFL that the Wettges Conference was as strong as the Adam Conference this year. The Riders Defense MUST convert again with at least another 7 points, and keep all the Lions WR's in front of them not giving up the big play. Cambridge has been the Big Kids on the block for most of the season. A hugh game by the Lions Special teams last week scoring 2 TD's by #85 and #16 and Hill#6 going 10 for 5 with 1 TD. For the Lions to be OVFL champions they must play mistake free football and keep Myers QB #7 Donnelly off the field. Cambridge wins 31-20 over Myers
